Mr. Loh Yeow Siong graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1986, with a BA [Architectural Studies]. After graduating, he joined URA, the Singapore Planning Authority as an assistant planning and urban designer.
After a year with URA, he further his studies in the University of Liverpool, graduating with a B Architecture [ Honours ] in 1989. After that he spent a year as an assistant architectural designer in the established London practice of Holdford Associates.
After returning to Singapore in 1991, he joined the progressive Singapore architectural practice Akitek Tenggara as an architect, working directly under well known architect Mr Tay Kheng Soon. In 1993, he joined the larger Singapore practice RDC Architects and was involved with many large residential and commercial projects.
In 1996, he joined the Japanese corporate practice of Nikken Sekkei [Singapore] and was involved with the mega resort project RIA Bintan in Indonesia. This project included a 27 – hole Gary Player Golf Course. In 1998, he was seconded from the Singapore office to the Japan office where he was sent to one of their major client, Japanese trading house ITOCHU as a Project Manager for the implementation of the biggest project in their portfolio, the Goldman Sachs London HQ2. Upon the successful completion of this project in 2000, he was subsequently appointed as the principal architect for the XinTian Di project in Shanghai. This project has since become a landmark commercial/conservation project in China.
In 2003, he accepted an offer from CPG Corporation in Singapore to set up their design operations in Shanghai. In 2 years, the operations grew from staff strength of 3 to 40 and in the process; he designed and managed various kinds of projects all over China.
In April 2005, he set up Ag-Ingo Design Studio.
