To complement the masterplan and architectural design, the landscape design of this resort has divided the overall masterplan into various areas of special interests with unique landscape qualities. There are high activites areas as well as quiet contemplative zones to cater to different users.

Although sistuated in a sub- tropical zone and directly susceptible to the harsh conditions of the sea, we have carefully selected planting and finishing materials to emphasize the natural and unsoiled qualities of a North Vietnam seafront environment.
