The client wanted this proposed commercial shophouse development to have a ‘ Arts & Craft’ Market atmosphere similar to the famous traditional pottery villages in the nearby Bat Trang Commune. We have proposed a series of mini- plazas to minic these village squares. These mini-plazas are also distinguished by specially selected local planting and floor tiling themes. By doing so we hope to capture the original feel of buying and selling as well as the overall exciting atmosphere of visiting a traditional craft village.
