Encouraged by the overwhelming success of VSIP I and VSIP II IP, VSIP Binh Duong has obtained approval to an expansion of 1,723 Ha mixed-use development project, consisting industrial, commercial, and residential parcels. Currently, VSIP Binh Duong intended to carry out re-masterplan of 85.05Ha (including the 72.56Ha Hoa Loi Residential Area) with mid to high cost commercial and residential area, within the 1,723Ha zone.
